Gray’s Crossing
Gray’s Crossing is another East West Partners development that has blossomed among the Eastern side of Truckee. It is comprised of different neighborhoods, of which owners can chose: The Bluffs, The Ridge, The Woods, and the Meadows. There are both homesites and custom homes available for purchase. Soon in the works are the Deer Trail townhomes, the Bluffs cottages, and the Village Lofts.
Gray’s Crossing features its own Peter Jacobson designed 18-hole championship golf course, luxurious clubhouse, and 400+ acres of open space designated for hiking and biking. Membership to the Tahoe Mountain Club provides golf access to Gray’s Crossing, Old Greenwood, and Coyote Moon, special member access to Tahoe Vista’s 5 star restaurant Wild Goose, and access to Members Only amenities at Northstar, such as the Alpine Club and Schaeffer’s Camp.
