Northstar-at-Tahoe
Northstar-at-Tahoe, found on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. Nestled within the Sierra Nevadas and just six miles from historic Truckee, California, Northstar-at-Tahoe features nearly 80 trails on over 2,480 acres of skiable terrain. Northstar-at-Tahoe is a destination resort with amenities including alpine and Nordic skiing, golfing, horseback riding (stables), mountain bike park and school, adventure challenge ropes course, rock-wall climbing, orienteering and guided nature hikes open to the public.
This area is a bevy of development and is the site of the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Club, as well as the Hyatt at Northstar. The larger neighborhood, near the golf course, consists of over 1,000 privately owned properties including homes, condos and lots and all owners, regardless of property type, become members of the property owners association and pay a small annual fee for Swim and Racquet Club privileges. Owners in the new Village at Northstar or newer Highlands at Northstar are eligible for Tahoe Mountain Club access as well.
East West Partners has built the new Village at Northstar and brought true luxury to the community. With high-end residences and top-of-the-line amenities, owners and visitors alike will marvel at the transformation Northstar has recently undergone. Owners at The Village at Northstar will have the option to purchase membership to the Tahoe Mountain Club. Membership provides golf access to exclusive local golf courses, special member access to Tahoe Vista’s 5 star restaurant Wild Goose, and access to Members Only amenities at Northstar, such as the Alpine Club and Schaeffer’s Camp.
The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe is located within The Highlands community at Northstar™ Resort, these new Club Residences will offer ski-in/ski-out convenience to beautiful slopes offering majestic views.
A planned gondola connects you directly the Village of Northstar. And just a few miles away are the shores of Lake Tahoe offering endless opportunities for boating, waterskiing and fishing. Numerous word-class golf courses are also in the vicinity as are gorgeous sites for hiking, biking and other outdoor pursuits.
The Club is part of an expansion within the new Highlands at Northstar, a mid-mountain retreat that will offer a true ski-in/ski-out experience. All residences are within a short walk of Northstar Resort’s™ gondola and the year round Village Swim and Fitness Facility. With ownership also comes membership in Tahoe Mountain Club. On-mountain Club amenities include the Alpine Club for après ski merriment and ski valet services and Schaffer’s Camp, a mountain top restaurant and lodge. The Club also provides privileges at three championship golf courses, Wild Goose located on the shores of Lake Tahoe and the Pavilion, a swim, tennis, fitness facility at Old Greenwood.
The residences will be 2 & 3 bedrooms ranging from 1,300 -1,900 square feet; each residence will have 94 square feet of outdoor deck space with a private fireplace on each. The interiors will be finished with Viking Designer Series appliances, Ranch House Design Interiors, high speed internet, dark walnut hardwood floors, heated bathroom floors, LCD TV in the great room and jetted tubs in the master. Owners will select from 20 different Priority Periods (fixed weeks), some in the winter, some in the summer. They may purchase as many ownership interests as they desire; with one ownership providing roughly 18-21 days per year.
